V K Fortune Buildcon is based over in Jubilee Hills, on Road No. 78. If you know Plot No. 300-A, that’s where you’ll find our office. It’s a decent area, though finding a place to park can be a bit of a headache during the middle of the day. We are an LLP that focuses on building projects around Shaikpet and other parts of Hyderabad. We aren't looking to become some giant corporation. We just like the work we do. Building things takes a lot of time and a lot of patience. You have to deal with permits, labor, and making sure materials show up when they are supposed to. Our office is pretty basic, just some desks and a lot of files. We don't have any promotional brochures or big signs. Most of our clients come to us because they saw something we built nearby. We try to stay practical and just deal with the problems as they come up. Construction is never perfect, and there are always surprises once you start digging. We just try to handle it all with a bit of common sense. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big talk. We just want to do a solid job on every site we take on. It’s a lot of work, but it keeps us busy and we like staying local to the city we grew up in.
