The office is over in Kondapur, near KIMS Hospital. It’s a ground floor spot, Plot No 66, which makes it easy to walk right in. Being near the hospital means it’s always busy around here. Utilosoft Infosystems is just our small team. We have a simple setup with basic desks and chairs. It gets a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, but that’s just how Kondapur is these days. We spend our days dealing with data and info systems, nothing too glamorous. The ground floor location is nice because we don't have to wait for the lift. We usually have lunch together, sometimes ordering from the small dhabas nearby. There’s no big hierarchy here. If something needs doing, someone just picks it up. We’ve been at 1-112/33 for a while. The office isn't very big, so we're all pretty close to each other. It’s not a corporate environment where everyone is formal. We talk about cricket or the weather as much as we talk about work. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, but we're used to it. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people. We do our hours, help each other out, and try to keep things moving. We’re just a bunch of locals working in the tech scene, trying to stay organized and helpful.
