Urvija Projects Llp

Urvija Projects Llp is based at Plot No. 96 & 97 in Marredpally. It’s a pretty straightforward location in a part of town that has a lot of history. We’ve taken these two plots and made them our home for all our project work. The office isn't anything you’d see in a magazine; it’s a functional space with some old-fashioned wooden desks and shelves filled with blueprints and project binders. Marredpally is a great neighborhood because it feels more personal than some of the newer parts of the city. We know the people who walk past our gate every morning, and we’ve become a regular fixture on the street. Inside, we spend most of our time going over the details of whatever we are currently building or planning. It’s not always glamorous work—there’s a lot of waiting for calls and checking on small details that most people wouldn't notice. But we take it seriously in our own quiet way. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone telling us how to sound professional. We just talk to people like we’re neighbors, because in a way, we are. Whether we are sitting around the big table in the back or out on the plots checking on something, we just try to be honest about what we can do and get it done. It’s a simple setup that has served us well over the years.
