Upspot Softech Private Limited

Our place, Upspot Softech Private Limited, is located in the Serilingampally area. We have an office in the Abode Aahladham Block, specifically Flat No. 401. It is situated on Plot No. 33, near Sy No. 302-310. It’s more of a residential-style building, which gives the whole office a very lived-in and comfortable feel. We aren't some high-rise corporate entity with glass walls. It’s just a flat where we have set up our workstations and servers. Sometimes the neighbors are moving around or there is some noise from the street, but it just adds to the character of the place. We have a small balcony where some of us go to get a bit of fresh air during the day. The work we do is pretty technical, mostly involving software and data bits that keep us busy from morning until evening. We don't have a big HR department or a bunch of managers in suits. It’s just us, the people who actually write the code and fix the systems. We appreciate being in a quieter part of the city because it lets us focus. The team is small, so everyone knows each other well, and we don't really have formal meetings; we just talk across the room. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it’s been working for us for a while now. We just take it one day at a time here in Serilingampally.
