Malakpet is a crowded place, but it has its own rhythm. Our office at HNO 16-8-826 is right in the middle of it. Upscale Software is the name we went with, but we’re just a regular group of developers and office staff. The building is easy to find if you know the area, but visitors sometimes get turned around in the lanes. We’ve got a few rooms where we set up our workstations. It's not a huge space, but it fits us. There’s a lot of noise from the street sometimes, but we’ve gotten used to the horns and the people walking by. We don’t have a fancy coffee machine, just a regular stove where we make tea. Working in Malakpet means you’re never far from good food, so that’s a plus. We don’t wear suits or anything like that. Usually, it’s just jeans and t-shirts. We do software work, mostly stuff that people don't see on the surface but makes things work. We’ve been in this Hyderabad office for a while now. We don't really do big marketing pushes. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they know someone who works here. It’s a simple life. We come in, look at the schedules, and try to finish our tasks before the traffic gets too bad in the evening. It’s just how we operate at Upscale.
