We've been at SRT 254 in Sanath Nagar for a while now. It’s a busy part of Hyderabad. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get things done. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad except when it rains. Upcubex started because a few of us wanted to work on our own terms. We spend most of our time at our desks, drinking too much tea and looking at screens. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we manage. People often ask what we actually do here, and it's mostly just tech stuff and keeping things running for our clients. There are some good food spots around Sanath Nagar, which helps during lunch breaks. We don't have a big HR team or anything like that. It’s just a small group of people who know each other well. You’ll usually find someone working late if there’s a deadline, but we try to head home on time. The building is older, but it has character. We kept the name simple and our office even simpler. There’s no big sign outside, just a small one near the door. We don't do big meetings unless it's necessary. Usually, we just talk across the room or over a quick cup of chai. It’s a quiet life here at the office, and that suits us just fine. We just keep our heads down and do the work we need to do.
