We run Unnathi Projects & Developers Llp from our office in Sai Tirumala Towers. We're in Flat 502, which is at H No. 3 6 290 B in Hyderguda. It’s a central spot, so getting around isn't too bad, though the traffic in Hyderguda can be a real headache some afternoons. We have been working in development for a while, and it’s mostly just about keeping things moving. We aren't some massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It's a smaller setup where we all wear a few different hats. One day we are looking at land, the next we are arguing with a plumber about a pipe. That is just how it is. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements because we’d rather just do the work. The office is a bit cramped with all the files and rolls of paper, but it's where we get things done. Hyderguda has a lot of history, and being based in Sai Tirumala Towers keeps us close to everything. We don't promise anything impossible. Construction and development are complicated and things go wrong often enough. We just try to stay on top of the details and finish what we started. It’s a lot of long hours and phone calls. If you're looking for us, we are usually there by nine, unless we are out at a site checking on the workers. It's just a regular business run by regular people who know their way around a building site.
