We are based in Tirumalagiri, specifically in the Bhoodevi Nagar area. You can find us at Plot No. 32 in Sri Vidya Vihar, which is part of the 1-23-296/32 block. It’s a bit of a quiet residential spot compared to the rest of Hyderabad. We’ve been running Umasagar It from here for some time now. Our office isn’t a big skyscraper. It’s a modest place that feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters. We have a few rooms set up with desks and computers. It’s just a small group of us. We don’t have fancy uniforms or big meetings. We just talk over tea in the morning about what needs to get done for the day. Most of our work is software stuff, just coding and fixing things for our clients. We like it here because it’s a bit more relaxed. There’s no huge pressure to look a certain way. We just focus on the computer screens and try to get things right. Sometimes we get stuck on a problem for hours, and other times things go smooth. We don’t have a big mission or any of that marketing talk. We’re just a local IT shop trying to do a decent job. The neighbors are nice, and it’s a good place to work without all the city noise. We just keep to ourselves and get the work finished. It’s a simple, practical way to run things.
