U Kogganna Nayak

The office for U Kogganna Nayak is located at 10-1-127/1 in the Masab Tank area, right near Banjara Hills in Hyderabad. It’s a busy part of the city, and the traffic at the main junction can be a real headache during rush hour, but we’ve been in this spot for a while now. The building is one of those older Hyderabad structures that has a lot of character, even if the lift is a bit slow sometimes. We don’t really do much in the way of fancy marketing or trying to look like a big multinational company. It’s just a small group of us working out of this space, handling our daily business and talking to people who drop by. The rooms are filled with old files and some wooden desks that have seen a lot of years. We like being close to Banjara Hills because there are plenty of places to grab a quick bite, but we mostly stay tucked away in our office at Masab Tank. It’s not the most modern setup you’ll ever see, but it’s comfortable and we know where everything is. We don't have a formal dress code or anything, we just show up and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes it’s quiet, and sometimes it’s a bit chaotic with phone calls and visitors, but that’s just how it goes here. We just try to be helpful and stay on top of our tasks.
