Jain Corporation is based right here in Hyderabad, 500 047, India. We are a local business and we don’t spend much time on fancy talk or marketing. The office is where we handle all our daily operations and manage the things that come our way. It’s a pretty simple setup without any of those big corporate slogans you see elsewhere. Most of our day involves talking to people and making sure the orders are moving along. Hyderabad is a busy city, and being in the 047 area keeps us right in the thick of it. We have a small team, and everyone knows what they need to do. We don't have long meetings that go nowhere; we just talk across the room and get things sorted. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several things happen at once, but that is just how business goes. We like the fact that we can just be ourselves while we work. There’s no pressure to sound like a huge multinational firm. We’re just a group of people who know their trade and want to get through the work week without too much trouble. You won’t find any polished mission statements on our walls, just some calendars and maybe a few notes taped to the monitors. It’s a practical environment for practical work. We’ve been in this spot for a while and we’ve gotten to know the rhythm of the neighborhood quite well.
