Our office is located right on Road No 2 in Banjara Hills, at number 8-2-120/115/14. If you know this part of Hyderabad, you know how busy it gets during the day. There is always a lot of noise from the street, but inside we just try to keep things moving. We aren't trying to be some huge corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us here handling the daily paperwork and planning that comes with developing property. Most days involve a lot of phone calls to site supervisors and checking on materials. The office itself is pretty simple. We have some old chairs and a few computers that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and making sure things are on track. Sometimes we get caught up in the traffic when we need to visit a project, which can be frustrating, but that's just life in Banjara Hills. We’ve been at this for a while now, and we don't feel the need to use big words or fancy presentations to show what we do. It’s mostly about making sure the foundations are right and the walls go up straight. We see a lot of people passing by our door every day, and we’re just another local business trying to do things right. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we know how to do. We just take it one project at a time and try to stay organized.
