True Citi Developers Llp is located over in Masabtank, specifically at B 15/ F3 in the Mallepally Vijaynagar Colony. It’s a pretty established part of town, so things feel a bit more settled here than in the newer areas. Our office is basically a flat, which makes it feel a bit more like a home than a workplace sometimes. We spend most of our time looking over plans and talking to folks about development projects. It’s not always glamorous work. There is a lot of back and forth with different people and making sure the numbers add up correctly. The colony itself is usually busy with people going about their business, and we are just another part of that. We’ve stayed in this location because it’s easy for people to find and it’s central enough for us to get to different sites. We don't have a big reception desk or anything like that. Usually, you’ll just find a few of us sitting around desks with stacks of files. We handle the building and development side of things, trying to stay on top of the local rules and how things are changing in the city. It gets hot in the afternoons, but we have the fans going. We just try to be straightforward with what we do and not overcomplicate things. It’s a decent place to work and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. That is just how we do things here every day.
