We are located in Gachibowli, specifically at Plot No. 21 in Janardhan Hills. Our office spans the 3rd and 4th floors of the building at 1/73/Jh/21. Being right beside Karnataka Bank is a big help when we have to give people directions because everyone knows where that is. We work in land management, so our days are filled with looking at maps, checking survey numbers like Sy.No 50, and dealing with various land records. The office is usually cluttered with big rolls of paper and folders that have been sitting there for months. It’s not a very polished space, but it’s where we get things done. Gachibowli is a loud area with all the construction and the tech workers, but up on the 3rd and 4th floors, it’s a bit quieter. We have a small crew and we’ve been working together for a long time. We don't have a big corporate structure or fancy titles. Most of us just do whatever needs doing, whether that’s filing or going out to a site. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs more than we’d like. We don't do much in terms of advertising; most people just hear about us from someone else. It’s a very basic, practical way of doing business. We stay focused on the land issues and try to keep everything moving forward without making things more complicated than they need to be.
