Triranga Cement Products

Being out here on N.H-9 near Gollagudem Village means there is always a lot of traffic passing by. The trucks never seem to stop. We are situated in Nandi Kandi, which is part of the Sadashivpet Mandal. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but it works for what we do. Making cement products is heavy work. You have to be okay with getting your hands dirty and lifting things all day. The sun gets really hot out here on the highway. We have a small shed where we take breaks and have our lunch. Mostly, we are just busy with the mixing and the molds. The village life is quiet compared to the noise of the road. People around here know us as the place near the highway. We’ve seen the road change over the years, getting wider and busier. Our yard is usually full of various blocks and shapes drying in the sun. It takes time for things to set properly. We don't use any big fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just making sure the concrete is mixed right and the products are solid. Sometimes a driver will pull over just to ask for directions or some water. We help them out and then get back to the pipes and blocks. It’s a steady rhythm that we’ve gotten used to over the years. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know best out here.
