Our office is located at Plot No. 86 in the 6th Phase of KPHB Colony. If you know this area, you know it’s always busy with people and new buildings going up. We’ve been working from here for a good while now, focusing on buildcon projects. It’s a simple setup, nothing fancy about it. We have some desks, some chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets filled with project records. Most of the time, the place is half-empty because we’re all out at different sites making sure things are moving along. We’re not the type of company that spends a lot of time on social media or advertising. We prefer to just stay busy with the actual construction work. Our team is local, and we’ve all been in this line of work for years. We’ve seen how the city has grown, and we’re just doing our part in it. Sometimes the weather is too hot to do much, or the supplies don’t show up on time, and we just have to figure it out. It’s a lot of problem-solving on the fly. We don't have any corporate slogans or a glossy brochure. We just try to do a decent job so we can move on to the next project. It’s hard work, but it keeps us going. We’ve been through the ups and downs of the market and we just keep our heads down.
