Treany Shift Manager

You can find us over at Flat no 105 in the Endycos County Apartments, located in Sanath Nagar, Hyderabad. It is a bit of a different setup because we operate out of an apartment building rather than a standard commercial block. This place serves as the hub where the shift manager handles all the scheduling and daily logistics. Sanath Nagar is a busy area, but once you get inside the apartment complex, it is a lot calmer. We spend most of our time staring at rosters and making sure everyone is where they are supposed to be for their shifts. There is always a lot of back-and-forth communication going on here. The office is really just a simple room with a couple of chairs and a big table where we keep the logs. We have our tea breaks in the small kitchen area nearby. It feels more like a home than a stiff office, which is fine by us. Sometimes the neighbors walk by and say hello. The work involves a lot of checking and re-checking times to make sure nobody misses their slot. It can get a bit hectic when someone calls in sick at the last minute, and then we have to scramble to find a replacement. We have been working out of this flat for some time now and it suits the way we do things. It is practical and close to where some of the staff live, so that helps a lot for early starts.
