Transformation Skills India Private Limited is located on Road No 10 in Banjara Hills. Our address is Door no 8-2-610/68/1, 2&3. Banjara Hills is a famous part of Hyderabad, but our office is quite modest. We focus on skills, which is a broad way of saying we help people get better at the things they need for work. It could be communication or something more technical. We don't have a big HR department or a PR firm. It’s just a small group of us working out of these rooms. The building is tucked away a bit, so it stays fairly quiet despite the traffic on Road No 10. We spend our days planning sessions and talking to people who want to improve their employment chances. It’s practical work. We don't use a lot of buzzwords. If someone needs to learn a new skill, we just figure out the best way to show them. The atmosphere in the office is relaxed. We drink a lot of coffee and stay late most nights. Being in Telangana gives us a chance to meet a lot of different people from all walks of life. We like the diversity here. Our office isn't about looking perfect. It’s about having a place where people can come and actually learn something useful for their lives. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
