We’re located in the Venkoti Building over in Sa Society, which is part of Khanamet. Trace Properties Private Limited is a small setup, and we operate out of Flat 102. It’s a pretty standard building, nothing that stands out too much from the street, which is fine by us. We mostly deal with property stuff, which means a lot of checking documents and talking to people about land. Khanamet is a growing area and it’s interesting to see how things change every month. Our office is where the actual planning happens before we head out to see the plots. It’s not always glamorous work, often it’s just dusty boots and a lot of driving around. We try to keep things honest and clear with everyone we deal with because that’s the only way we know how to work. There’s no big marketing team here, just us answering the phones and making sure the property details are correct. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy when we’re in the middle of a big project, but we usually find what we need. It’s a practical space for practical work. We’ve been around the block a few times and we like the way we do things here in Khanamet. It's a steady pace and we stick to it, no matter how busy the market gets outside our door.
