We work out of a penthouse at H.No. 1-26/3/A, which is right in the heart of Gachibowli Old Village. It’s an interesting spot because the village is quite old, but we are surrounded by all these new high-tech buildings. Climbing up to the penthouse every morning is our daily exercise. The office is where we do all our planning for new development projects. We are builders, so we spend a lot of time thinking about how to turn a piece of land into something functional. We have a lot of meetings with workers and contractors in this room. It’s not a polished corporate office; it feels more like a workshop where ideas get hammered out. There are usually a few half-empty cups of tea sitting around and stacks of paper that need signatures. We don't have a big marketing team, so we just rely on the work we do. Gachibowli is a fast-paced place, and we try to keep up with that speed. Sometimes the electricity goes out or the internet acts up, and we just have to wait it out. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to build things that stay standing. It’s a straightforward business. We look at the land, we make a plan, and we start the construction. That’s how we spend our days in the old village. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us very busy.
