Tm Inputs & Services is tucked away in the Sai Ratnavalli Apartments. We’re in room 101, right on the ground level in Masab Tank. Hyderabad can be a pretty loud city, especially around this area, but once you step inside the apartment, it’s mostly just the sound of computers and people talking. We’ve been operating from this spot for a good bit of time. It’s a convenient location for us because of the transport links, even if the traffic outside can be a nightmare during rush hour. Our team is small, so we don’t need a massive glass building. The space we have fits our desks and a small area for lunch. We do various types of input work and general services that keep us busy from morning until evening. Sometimes the power goes out, which is common here, so we just wait it out or use the backup if it's working. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing. We're just a bunch of people who know each other well. Most of us have been here since the start. It’s a practical setup. There’s no fancy reception desk or anything like that. If someone visits, they just walk in and we find a chair for them. We focus on the daily grind and making sure the lists and data we handle are sorted. It’s not glamorous, but it’s our job and we do it steadily. We like being in this part of town.
