Tkc Design & Build Private Limited. Our office is located at 8-59-1/1 at the Old Cbi Junction. It is right across from Sri Sa, which is a pretty well-known spot around here. The junction is always packed with traffic, so there is a constant sound of horns and engines in the background. It can be a bit distracting when we are trying to focus on designs, but you get used to the rhythm of the city. We do a mix of designing and the actual building part. Our workspace is filled with drawings, measuring tapes, and half-finished ideas. It is not a very tidy place, but we know where everything is. The windows are usually open to let some air in, even if it brings in the street noise. We spend a lot of time arguing over small details and making sure the math adds up. It is a private limited company, but it feels more like a small workshop. We do not have any fancy receptionists or uniforms. We just wear what is comfortable and get to work. Sometimes we stay late when a design is finally coming together, and the junction is finally quiet for a few minutes. It is a simple life of planning things out and then seeing them get built. We just take it one day at a time, trying to make things that actually work for people without making a big deal out of it. We try to keep things simple, focusing on the drawings and then seeing how it looks on the site.
