You can find us over at 1-7-1073/B on the RTC Cross Road in Hyderabad. It is a very busy part of the city, and there is always something going on outside our windows. The noise of the buses and the people moving about is just part of our daily background music. We’ve been at this spot for a good while now, and even though the city keeps changing around us, we stay focused on our tasks here at Tishman Speyer India Pvt. Ltd. It is a simple setup inside. We have our desks, our files, and our coffee mugs scattered around. It’s not a shiny corporate showroom, just a place where real work happens every day. We spend most of our time looking at plans, talking to partners, and trying to stay on top of our schedules. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out for a bit, but we just deal with it and keep moving. The address is pretty easy to give out because everyone knows RTC Cross Road. We like being right in the middle of the action even if it gets a bit hectic sometimes. Most of us take the bus or ride our bikes to get here, so we are very much part of the local commute. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall; we just have a list of things to do for the day.
