We are located on the ground floor of Magna'S Lakeview Apartments in Khanamet. The office is G12, and the survey numbers are S.No-56P and 57P. It’s a growing part of town, and we’ve seen a lot of changes around here lately. Tirumala Mr Infra Developers India Private Limited is our small company. We work on developing land and putting up buildings. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with different departments and lots of site visits. Our office isn't very fancy; it's mostly filled with stacks of files and maps of the local area. We don't have a marketing team or people to write polished speeches for us. We’re just regular people who have been in the development game for a while. We know how hard it is to get things built these days with all the regulations. We try to stay on top of things, but sometimes there are delays we can't help. We usually have a lot of people coming in and out, like contractors or guys looking for work. It’s a bit chaotic at times, but we like the energy. We don’t pretend to be anything we aren't. We just want to get our projects finished so we can move on to the next one. It’s how we make our living, and we take it seriously without being too stiff about it.
