Tiffity Software Solutions Llp is up on the 5th floor of Sri Mahalakshmi Residency. We are in unit C-505. It’s in the Golden Heights Colony in Upparpally, which is a decent part of Rajendranagar. Being on the 5th floor gives us a bit of a view, though it’s mostly just other rooftops and the road below. We spend our days writing code and checking for errors that shouldn't be there. It’s a lot of sitting and thinking, to be honest. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is a good workout if nothing else. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of employees. It's just a handful of us who know each other well. We don't have those fancy break rooms with ping pong tables like you see in movies. We just have a small kitchen area where we make tea. The work can be repetitive, but there’s a certain satisfaction in finally getting a piece of software to behave. We’ve been in Hyderabad for a while and the humidity still gets to us during the summer. We just try to keep the AC running and stay focused. There’s always another project or a bug to squash. We don't talk much about our goals; we just focus on finishing what’s on the list for today. It’s practical work for practical people. That’s really all there is to it at our office.
