Tibcaan Exports

Tibcaan Exports is based out of the Co-op Industrial Estate in Balanagar. We are at unit A-14. Being in an industrial estate means there is always a lot of noise and activity around. You’ll hear trucks loading up and the sound of machinery from the units next door. It’s a working environment through and through. Our space is basically a large room with some partitions for the office work. We don’t spend money on fancy rugs or wall art because that’s not what we’re about. We’re here to work. Balanagar is a busy hub, and being at A-14 puts us right in the middle of it all. It can get a bit dusty with all the traffic, but that’s just part of being in this part of town. We usually start early in the morning before it gets too hot. The team is small, and we’ve all known each other for a long time. There isn't a lot of hierarchy here; we all just pitch in where it's needed. If a shipment arrives, everyone helps unload it. It’s practical and it works for us. We don’t have a big website or a social media person. Most of our business comes from people who know where we are and what we do. It’s a solid, no-nonsense setup and we plan to keep it that way for the foreseeable future. We just keep our heads down and get the tasks done.
