Sabhiya Garments

Sabhiya Garments is a small place run by us here in the local neighborhood. It is named after the family and we handle everything ourselves. Mohammed Yousu Ali is the one who keeps things moving around here and oversees the work. We don't have a big fancy storefront with neon lights or anything like that. It’s mostly just sewing machines, piles of different fabrics, and a lot of thread rolls everywhere. We spend our days cutting cloth and stitching clothes for the people who live nearby. Sometimes the shop feels a bit small when we have a lot of orders to finish, but we make it work somehow. We started this because we know how to make clothes that fit right and last a long time. People come to us with their own ideas or just to get something mended. It can be a bit quiet in the afternoons, so that is when we do most of the heavy sewing work. We use simple tools and traditional methods because that is what we know best. There are no fancy designers here, just us and our needles. We like the feeling of finishing a garment and seeing someone wear it. It’s a simple way to make a living, and we are happy to do it. The neighborhood knows where to find us when they need something new to wear. We keep the prices fair because we are locals too and we understand how things are for everyone.
