Thundersoft India is located on the first floor of the Phoenix Tech Tower in Uppal. The address is Plot 14/46 in the Ida Uppal area. It is a large building with a lot of different companies, so there are always people coming and going in the hallways. Uppal is a bit of an industrial zone, which gives the whole area a very hardworking feel. We have a standard office layout with rows of desks and a small area where we can take a break. It isn't a place with a lot of bells and whistles. We don't have a fancy coffee machine or a lounge. We just have a plain office where we get our technical work done. Sometimes the commute can be a bit long depending on where everyone is coming from in Hyderabad, but the building itself is easy to find. There is usually a bit of construction or road work happening nearby, which is just part of life in this part of the city. We don't spend much time on decorations. Most of our walls are just bare. We prefer to focus on the projects we are working on rather than how the office looks. It's a professional enough environment but it definitely feels like a real workplace where people are busy. We have a mix of people here and everyone just gets along and does their thing. It’s a solid, functional place to be.
