Our company, Threestepglobal Solutions, is located out in Bachupally. We have a setup that spans across a few plots, specifically numbers 56, 57, 64, and 65. It is a bit of a spread-out space, but it works for what we do day to day. Bachupally is an area that has been growing really fast, so there is always some kind of new building going up nearby. This means it can get a little dusty or noisy with the construction crews, but we don't mind too much. We aren't a big, polished corporation with a lobby and a receptionist. It is just a practical place where we come to work. Most of us live fairly close by, so the commute isn't too bad, although the roads can get a bit crowded during the peak hours. We have different rooms for different parts of our work. It’s not a fancy setup, just simple desks and chairs and our equipment. We don't spend a lot of time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. We are more focused on just staying on top of our daily tasks. We keep things pretty informal around here and everyone just does their part. It's a straightforward environment without any of the usual office politics or formal meetings. We just like to get our work done and head home. It’s a decent place to be based and we’ve made it our own.
