THREE UNITED DEVELOPERS LLP

Three United Developers LLP is based at 12/2/823/A/88 in Santhosh Nagar, Mehdipatnam. We are right here in Hyderabad, 500028. Our office is in a residential-feeling area which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than the city center. We are a Limited Liability Partnership, and there are three of us who started this whole thing. We spend our days trying to figure out the best way to develop the projects we have. It’s not always easy, and we have plenty of long discussions in the office. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a team of sales people. It’s just us doing the actual work. We’ve been in Santhosh Nagar for a bit and we like the local vibe. The office has everything we need, like some desks and a place to keep our files. It’s not a fancy showroom. We mostly talk to people who are interested in what we are building and we explain things in plain English. We don’t like using jargon or making things sound more complicated than they are. If a project is going well, we are happy. If there’s a problem, we just sit down and try to fix it. That’s how we have always done things. It’s a practical approach that has kept us going in the Hyderabad real estate world. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay honest about what we can do.
