You’ll find Thread Form Machine Industries at Plot No. 42 in Akshay Enclave. We’re over in Shobhana Colony, which is within the Balanagar area. It’s actually a pretty quiet spot compared to some of the much bigger industrial zones in the city. We’ve been at Plot No. 42 for a long stretch of time now. The building is just a regular industrial unit without any special features. Inside, the whole place is about the machines. We focus mainly on threading and general machine work. It’s very precise work, so we have to stay focused on what we are doing. We don't have a lot of distractions around here. There are no big TVs or fancy break rooms for us. We just have a simple wooden table where we eat our tiffins at lunchtime. Shobhana Colony is a decent, quiet place to work. We know most of the people who work on this street by their first names. Balanagar has always been a hub for this kind of machine work. We feel like we fit in quite well here. Thread Form Machine Industries is our small corner of the world. We don't really bother with any of that big corporate talk or fancy titles. We just show up every morning, do the work, and make sure the machines are all oiled and ready for the next day. Sometimes the work gets a bit repetitive, but there’s a good rhythm to it. We just like being consistent. It’s a normal workshop with normal people.
