Sagar Tools

Sagar Tools is a small outfit located at 2-103 in Shobana Colony. We’re right in the Balanagar area, which is pretty convenient for this kind of business. It’s not a big factory, just a decent-sized workshop where we keep our tools and machines. We’ve been here for a while and the locals know us. It’s a bit of a residential-meets-industrial neighborhood, so you have to be careful with the noise sometimes. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a fancy logo on the wall. We just focus on making tools and fixing things. The shop gets a bit cluttered because we have a lot of stuff packed into 2-103, but we know where everything is. It’s just how we operate. We don’t have a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door helps out anyone who walks in. It’s a simple setup. We like it this way because we can focus on the work instead of worrying about appearances. The floor is concrete and often has metal shavings on it, and the air smells like oil and grease. That’s just life at Sagar Tools. We don't try to be anything we're not. We just stay in our lane and do the tool work that comes our way. It's a modest place but it keeps us busy every single day from morning till night.
