Aster Teleservices

We are located at E-14 on 4 Crescent Road in Sainikpuri. Aster Teleservices isn't some huge office building in a tech park; we’re right here in the neighborhood. It’s a bit quieter than the industrial areas, which is nice for a change. Most of what we do involves handling service calls and managing the technical side of things for our clients. We have a small team sitting at their desks, surrounded by files and computers. It’s a bit cramped sometimes, but we make it work. We started here because we liked the area, and we’ve stayed because it feels like home. You won't find any corporate slogans on our walls. We just try to answer the phone when it rings and fix the problems that come our way. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when we have a lot of calls at once, but we eventually sort it out. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. We spend a lot of time talking to people and trying to figure out why their service isn't working. It’s not always easy, but it’s the job we chose. We’re usually around if someone wants to drop by, though we’re often out in the field too. It’s a simple, local operation, and we like it that way. We've been at this address for a long time now and have no plans on moving elsewhere.
