THORAM CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

Thoram Constructions Private Limited has its main office at Plot No. 56, Phase-II in Sancharpuri Colony. This is over in New Bowenpalli. It is a quiet enough area to get our work done without too much distraction. We have been working on construction projects for some time now, mostly focusing on the local needs around this part of the city. Our setup is pretty basic. We have a couple of desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of maps and plans rolled up in the corners. Most of the actual work happens out in the field, so the office is mainly for sorting out the bills and meeting with people. New Bowenpalli is a good location for us because it is easy to get to different parts of the city from here. We spend a lot of time coordinating with the site supervisors and making sure they have the tools and the people they need for the day. It is a lot of logistical headaches sometimes, like when a truck breaks down or someone does not show up for work. We just take it as it comes and try to find a solution. There is no big corporate vibe here. It is just a group of us trying to make sure the buildings we are working on actually get finished. If you walk by Sancharpuri Colony Phase-II, you will likely see us coming and going throughout the day with our gear.
