THOC-THE HOUSE OF CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED is based at H.NO 8-2-120/115/89 on Road No. 2 in Banjara Hills. Specifically, we are on the 2nd floor in Suite 201/A of Ashoka Vishnu Capitol. Banjara Hills is a busy part of Hyderabad, and being in a building like Ashoka Vishnu Capitol makes it easier for people to visit us. Even though the name sounds a bit grand, we are just a regular construction firm inside. The office has a lot of shelves filled with project binders and some samples of building materials. We spend most of our time coordinating between clients and the guys on the ground. It can get pretty loud in here when everyone is on the phone at once. We don't have any polished speeches or mission statements posted on the walls. We just come in, do the work, and go home. Some days are longer than others, especially when we are trying to finish a project on time. The view from the 2nd floor is okay, but we are usually too busy looking at blueprints to notice. We like this location because it's easy for our suppliers to get to. It's a practical setup that works for our team. We’ve been in this office for a while and have gotten used to the rhythm of the building. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized.
