THINKSMART CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

THINKSMART CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is situated in Banjara Hills, on Road No 5. We are in Flat 407 of the Lotus Roldana building, Plot No 24. Even though it is a nice area like Banjara Hills, our office is still a working space first and foremost. We have H.NO 8-2-334-1-AB on the door. We spend a lot of time here looking at architectural drawings and talking to contractors. It is a lot of coordination. We are not the type to put out big advertisements or use shiny language. We just focus on the construction projects we have on our plate. Some days are stressful when deadlines are close, and other days we are just waiting for materials to arrive. We have been in this building for a bit now and we like the location. It is easy for people to find us. We do not try to sound like a giant firm. We are just a group of people who know how to put a building together. Sometimes we make mistakes on the paperwork, but we always fix them. It is an honest way to make a living. Road No 5 is always busy, so there is a lot of energy around us. We just keep our heads down and focus on the current project. That is how we have always done things and it seems to work for us.
