The Kids Park Play School

The Kids Park Play School is over at Lalita Nivas in Indira Nagar, right on Road No. 9. We are pretty close to the Mithapur Bus Stand, which makes the mornings quite busy around here with all the traffic and people moving about. This place started because there weren't many spots for the little ones in the Postal Park area to just be kids. It is not a huge fancy building, just a regular place where we try to keep things tidy for the children. Most days start early for us, sweeping the front and getting the toys out before the first rickshaw arrives with the kids. Sometimes the gate squeaks a bit when it has been raining, but we just deal with it. The teachers here have been around for a while now, and they know most of the parents by name because everyone lives nearby. It gets a bit loud when everyone is playing at once in the rooms, but that is just how it is with small children. We do not have those big shiny brochures or anything like that. People usually just walk in because they saw our sign or heard about us from a neighbor. We spend a lot of our time just making sure the kids are safe and having their snacks on time. It is a simple setup really. No one is trying to be anything we are not. We just focus on the day-to-day stuff like making sure the water bottles are filled and the rooms are cool enough during the summer months.
