Adarsh Littlestars Play School

Adarsh Littlestars Play School is found at Room 101 in the Palace Heights Hotel Building in the Abids area of Hyderabad. It is a bit unusual to have a play school inside a hotel building, but it has worked for us for some time. We are on the first floor, which makes it easy for parents to bring their little children up. The space inside is filled with various toys, small plastic chairs, and colorful mats. It is much smaller than a regular school building because we only look after very young children. There is usually a lot of noise here, mostly kids playing or sometimes crying, which is just how it goes with toddlers. Our staff spends the day watching over the children and teaching them very basic things like their ABCs or colors. We do not have an outdoor yard for them to run around in, so we keep all our activities inside Room 101. Abids is a very crowded part of Hyderabad, so there is always a lot of traffic and noise outside the Palace Heights building. It can be hard for parents to find a place to park when they come for drop-offs or pick-ups. Inside, we try to keep things as tidy as possible, but with small kids, there is always some mess. The walls have a few simple drawings on them. It is just a local play school for the neighborhood.
