Thanmayi Creations

Thanmayi Creations is tucked away in Gokul Nagar, specifically at 3-13-142/3/A in Mallapur. We have been in this little corner for a few years now, and most people find us just by asking around the neighborhood. It’s a small setup where we handle all kinds of creative work, mostly focusing on what the local folks need for their celebrations or daily wear. The shop isn't very large, but we’ve crammed a lot into it. You’ll usually see scraps of fabric or bits of thread lying around because we are always in the middle of a project. It’s not the neatest place you’ll ever visit, but we know where everything is. We don’t really do much advertising because the work usually speaks for itself when someone wears something we made. Most of our mornings are spent organizing materials and the afternoons are for the actual labor. It gets quite warm in the shop during the summer months, but we have a small fan that keeps us going. Being in Mallapur is nice because it feels like a community. We know the people at the tea stall nearby and the other shopkeepers on the street. It’s just a normal business where we work hard and hope for the best. Nothing fancy, just us doing what we know how to do best every single day. The regulars know they can just drop by and see how their orders are coming along.
