Thandon Group

You can find the Thandon Group office at 4-3-179, which is on Saadath Manzil Colony Road in the Ameerpet area. Ameerpet is one of those places that never seems to sleep, and our street is no exception. We have been operating from this address for quite a while now. The building is a bit older, but it serves us well for all the property work and local business we handle. We are not a giant corporation with fancy glass walls; we are just a local group working out of a regular office in the colony. Most of our work involves helping people find commercial spaces or residential units around Saadath Manzil and the neighboring streets. It is a lot of legwork, but we don't mind it. The office is usually filled with the sound of the traffic outside and the hum of our old ceiling fans. We keep our paperwork in order and try to give everyone who walks in a fair and honest answer about what is available. Many of the people we deal with are small business owners themselves, so we speak the same language. We don't use any marketing tricks. We just show what we have and let the person decide if it works for them. Being in Ameerpet means we are always in the thick of things, and that is just how we like it at 4-3-179.
