Terrain Landmarks LLP

Our office is tucked away in the MLAs and MP Colony over in Yousufguda. It's Plot No.26 if you're looking for us on the map. Terrain Landmarks LLP is basically a small team of us who deal with land and building stuff. We spend a lot of time out at sites, so the office is sometimes a bit quiet in the mornings. It's a decent neighborhood to work in, though parking can be a bit of a pain occasionally. We’ve had this spot for a bit now. We do a lot of planning here, lots of paperwork and talking to contractors on the phone. We don't have some slick corporate presentation ready for everyone who walks in. It’s usually just us with a bunch of files and maps spread out. We like being based in Khairatabad because it's central enough to get around the city. Dealing with land development has its ups and downs, especially with all the regulations, but we’ve learned how to handle it over the years. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to do solid work on the projects we take on. If you stop by, you'll probably see us drinking coffee and staring at a site plan. We've been part of this community for a while now and we know most of the people around here. It's a busy life but we enjoy the work and the people we meet along the way.
