TEPHRA BUILDING SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office for Tephra Building Solutions Private Limited is over at Villa No.30 in the Neighbourhood area of Gundlapochampally. It’s a bit quieter out here compared to the main city center of Hyderabad, which we actually prefer. Being in a villa means it doesn't really feel like a typical corporate office, which is fine by us. We handle building solutions, which basically means a lot of technical talk and planning out things throughout the week. The 500014 area has grown quite a lot lately. You can see new buildings popping up all over the place. Our space is lived-in and pretty comfortable. We have our computers set up and just enough space for everyone to breathe without being on top of each other. On those really hot days, we’re just glad the fans work well. Gundlapochampally has its own pace. It’s not as rushed as Gachibowli or Banjara Hills can be. We usually start the day early to beat some of the afternoon heat. Sometimes we have visitors drop by, but mostly it's just the team working through the current project list. We aren't a massive operation, just a group of people who know how to put buildings together. It gets very quiet in the evenings when the sun starts going down over the neighborhood. We don't have a big reception desk or a receptionist, just a door and some people working inside. It’s a decent enough place to spend the day. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the tasks.
