Tensilesoft Private Limited

Tensilesoft is based out of Sarah Heights in Gayatri Nagar. We’re on the second floor, specifically flat 202. The building is at Plot No 493/A in Bora Banda. It’s a pretty standard apartment-turned-office setup. We like it because it’s convenient and it’s in a part of Hyderabad that feels real. We do software work, mostly coding and fixing bugs for various projects. It’s the kind of work that requires a lot of sitting and staring at screens. There are three or four of us here on any given day. We keep our own hours for the most part, as long as the work gets finished. The office isn't decorated much, just some desks, computers, and a bunch of power strips. We sometimes have meetings in the small kitchen area when the main room is too cluttered. We’ve been working out of this spot for a bit now. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going full blast. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most of our work comes from people who know us or heard about us from someone else. We just try to be practical. If someone needs software help, we see if we can do it. If we can, we get to it. It’s a simple way to run a business. We don't use big words to describe what we do; we just write the code and hope it works the first time. Sometimes we stay late and order food from downstairs.
