Our office for Tellapur Properties Llp is in the iLabs Centre, Building III, located in the Software Units Layout in Madhapur. It is a very modern part of Hyderabad with all the big tech companies around. We are at No. 18. Even though we are in a high-tech area, our work is very grounded in land and property development. We spend a lot of our time dealing with plots and buildings in and around the Tellapur area. The office is usually a bit messy with maps spread out over the tables and phones ringing constantly. We are a small group of people who just want to help folks find the right piece of land or sort out their property issues. Being in Madhapur means we are close to where a lot of the action is, but we also spend a lot of time out in the field. Sometimes the traffic in this part of town makes it hard to get around, but we manage. We don’t have any slick sales pitches or anything like that. We just talk to people plainly about what is available and what the costs are. It is about being honest and getting the paperwork done correctly. We have seen how much this area has changed from just being empty fields to a massive hub. It is interesting to be a part of that change, even in a small way. We just keep working through our list of tasks every day and hope for the best.
