Hasmatpet is a decent area to be based in. It’s got a bit of everything and it isn't as loud as the central business districts. Our office is a straightforward place. We don’t have those indoor slides or bean bags you see in movies about tech companies. It’s just a bunch of desks and people working on their monitors. We deal with various technical projects and the days usually go by pretty fast. Sometimes we get stuck on a problem for hours, and other times things just click. We aren't a huge corporation with thousands of employees. It’s a smaller group here, which means we all have to wear different hats depending on what’s needed that day. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a project is hard, we say it’s hard. We don't use a lot of big words to sound more important than we are. The coffee machine breaks down occasionally, and the office layout is a bit cramped, but we make it work. Most of us have been around for a while, so we know how to handle the ups and downs of the business without getting too stressed. It’s just a regular local business doing its thing in the neighborhood.
