It is a bit of a long address but once you are here, it’s easy to see. The office is located in a residential area, which makes the vibe a lot more relaxed than being in a giant tech park. We have our own little floor where we set up our workstations. It is a bit crowded when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. There is usually a pot of tea going somewhere in the back. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing. Our walls are mostly bare, and we focus more on what is on our screens than what the furniture looks like. It is a practical place for software work. We have had some good times in this office, and a few stressful ones too when deadlines get close. That is just the nature of the business. We are just local folks trying to build something steady. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. We like the neighborhood. It feels like a real community around Mounika Residency. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done every day. It’s a simple setup for the team at Teknvent.
