We have a small team, and we all know each other's coffee orders by now. There isn't any corporate jargon used around here. We just talk like normal people and get the coding done. Being in the 3rd Phase of KPHB is convenient because everything is close by. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have heard about us through others. We just keep our heads down and work on our projects. The desks are usually covered in notebooks and mugs.
