You can find us at H.No.1-3-183/40/57/1 in SBI Colony, right across from the Medplus in Gandhinagar. It is a pretty central spot in Hyderabad. We have been working out of this location for a while now. It is just a normal building where we have set up our support operations. We are not one of those massive call centers with thousands of people. It is just a few of us here, doing our best to help out with whatever tech issues come our way. We do not have a lot of polish or corporate branding everywhere. It is just a place with computers, phones, and people who know how to use them. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when too many things happen at once, but we manage. We are not using any scripts or fancy software to sound better than we are. We just talk like normal people and try to solve the problems in front of us. Gandhinagar is a good area to be in, and we like the local feel of SBI Colony. Most days are spent answering queries and looking at code or systems. It is simple work, but it keeps us busy. We do not make any grand claims about being the best. We just show up every day and do what we are supposed to do until it is time to head home.
