Our office is located at Flat 101 in Jai Hind Gandhi, which is up in the VIP Hills area of Jaihind Enclave in Shaikpet. It’s a bit of a climb to get up here, but the view of the surrounding area is actually quite nice from the balcony. We are in a residential-style building, which keeps things feeling relaxed and less like a standard office. Shaikpet is a good spot because it’s close to the main tech hubs but feels a bit more secluded. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us and our computers. We have a small kitchen area where we keep our lunch boxes and a fridge that usually has a few bottles of cold water. We spend the bulk of our time writing code and testing software. It can be repetitive work, but we’ve got a good rhythm going. Sometimes we stay late when things get busy, but we try to keep a normal schedule. The enclave is generally quiet, which helps when we need to concentrate on a difficult bit of logic. We don’t go in for fancy mission statements or corporate buzzwords. We are just a team of software people who enjoy what we do and want to provide for our families. Most of us have been working in tech for years, so we’ve seen a lot of things change. We just keep learning and doing our best with each project that comes through the door.
