Team5 Design And Build Services Llp is located over in Moulali, right in the Housing Board Colony. We are on the first floor of EWSH 227 in Phase II. It’s a decent spot, though parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes for our visitors. We handle a mix of designing things and then actually building them. Most of the time, we’re out at construction sites checking on the progress of the walls or the plumbing. We aren't the type of people who stay behind a desk all day. We like to get our hands dirty and see how the materials are being handled. There are five of us who started this, hence the name, though we’ve grown a bit since then. We do residential projects mostly, some small shops too. It’s a lot of coordination between the architects and the laborers on the ground. Sometimes things get delayed because of the rain or materials not showing up on time. That’s just the reality of building stuff in this city. We try to be upfront about those things with everyone we work with. Our office is usually covered in blueprints and half-empty coffee mugs. It’s not the neatest place, but it shows we’re working. We’ve been part of the Moulali community for a while now and know the local suppliers well. It makes things easier when we need something quickly for a job site. We just try to get the work done right the first time.
