Tatya Constructions Private Limited is based out of Plot No 1, MIG-11, in Phase-15 of the KPHB Colony. KPHB is a huge place and it can be easy to get lost if you don't know the phases. Our office is a straightforward setup in a residential-style building. We have been here for a while and the neighbors know us. We are just a construction firm that takes on various jobs around Hyderabad. We don't have a big mission statement or any of that stuff. We just look at the plans and try to get the building finished. It is a lot of back-and-forth with the city office and the material suppliers. We spend a lot of time on our feet at different sites. The office is mainly for when we need to sit down and figure out the costs or pay the workers. It gets pretty dusty inside sometimes because of all the files and the construction work nearby. We don't have a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. It is an honest living and it keeps us on our toes. The 500072 area has been good to us over the years. We have seen a lot of new apartments go up around here. We just want to do our part and keep the business running. It is not always easy with the way prices go up, but it is what we do.
